Return Instructions:
Prior to returning any item(s) to Art for Interior Designers you must first email our Customer Service Department at customercare@art4interiordesigners.co.uk with the following details:
  • First & Last Name
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, quality of item not as expected, etc.
  • Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Free Replacement or Refund
Unless it was our shipping error, the customer must pay for the return postage charge.
Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.
Then once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Packaging:
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the returns form which we will email you. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Replacement or Refund.

Items returned damaged:
We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. However, art products are very delicate, meaning you need to take extreme measures to ensure the items are returned undamaged. If we do receive a damaged item as a return and we are unable to re-enter the item into our inventory, then we can offer you the option of the following remedies: 1) We can return the damaged items(s) to you at no further charge. 2) We can refund you 50% of the purchase price of the items(s)

Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the personal information you give us, such as your billing, delivery and e-mail addresses, to process and keep you informed of your order. You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your e-mail address with any other company for marketing purposes.

Choice to opt-out:
If you are no longer interested in receiving announcements and other marketing information from us, please e-mail your request to marketing@art4interiordesigners.co.uk with the title "Remove Me" in the subject line. Please include your complete name and mailing address (as well as your e-mail address) if you prefer not to receive direct mail postcards or catalogues from us.
